Getting a cash offer
Can I ask a question without knowing my claim amount?
Yes. Use the contact form with your name, email, claim status and question. You do not need an amount or documents to ask. If you have already submitted a request, use the same email and include your reference.
Ask about your claimHow do I get a cash offer for my Terra claim?
Select your claim status, enter the amount from your records and add your contact details. Terraloss reviews the request. If we can make an offer, it will set out a purchase price, the rights being bought and payment terms for you to consider.
Request a cash offerWhat happens after I submit the form?
You receive a reference for your saved request. The next step is a review of your claim; we may need supporting information. An offer, if available, follows that review. The form confirmation is a record of your request, rather than a purchase price or payment confirmation.
Our approach to buying claimsHow much will you pay for my Terra claim?
The cash price is set in an individual offer. Your Allowed CLC Amount, claim status, previous distributions, the rights being sold and uncertainty about future recoveries all matter. The website calculator illustrates a 3–5% range before any agreed deductions. An individual offer follows a review of your claim.
How to compare purchase offersDoes requesting an offer commit me to selling?
No. You decide after reviewing the offer. A sale requires a separate agreement defining the rights transferred, price, verification and closing conditions.

What if future recoveries are higher than my sale price?
The buyer receives the rights transferred under your agreement, including any future distributions those rights cover. If recoveries on those rights rise later, that benefit generally belongs to the buyer. Check whether the agreement reserves any rights or further payments for you before deciding to sell.
Compare selling with keeping your claimWhen will I receive money after selling my Terra claim?
Payment becomes due under the signed purchase agreement. Check the proposed date, the verification and transfer steps, and any other payment conditions before accepting. An estate distribution has a separate timetable from a buyer’s payment.
A sale versus an estate payoutCan I receive payment on the same day?
A same-day payment must be confirmed for your specific transaction. Ask about the payment date when reviewing the written offer and check which conditions must be completed first. Submitting a request alone does not establish a payment deadline.
The payment terms to checkWhat if I have already received a Terra distribution?
Include the amount and date of any payment in your request and keep the distribution notice. A proposed purchase needs to identify the remaining rights and explain how earlier payments affect the offer. The original allowed amount and the remaining entitlement may differ.
Check the basis of the priceWhat should a Terra claim purchase offer include?
Look for the legal buyer’s identity, the exact payment and currency, any fees or deductions, the rights included, and the conditions and timing for payment. Compare what you would receive after agreed deductions, using the same claim and rights as the basis.

What kind of Terra claim does Terraloss buy?
Terraloss focuses on Terraform Labs Crypto Loss Claims. The proposed purchase concerns the claim rights described in an agreement. We do not operate a LUNA or UST token exchange, and a token balance alone does not establish an allowed bankruptcy claim.
Understand the claim amountWhere do I find my Allowed CLC Amount?
Start from the official claims portal and read your claim determination. Use the amount stated as allowed, rather than your original investment or current token balance. Check the status and any instructions in your own notice before treating an amount as final.
Find the amount in your recordsCan I request an offer while my claim is under review?
You can ask about a purchase while review is ongoing. Select “Still under review” before entering an amount, or choose “I don’t have an amount yet” to send a question. We need to review the status and supporting information before confirming whether an offer is available.
Start with your claim detailsWhat documents should I prepare before selling?
Keep your claim determination, filing record and notices about previous distributions or assignments. The first request needs no uploads. Any later request for identity or ownership records should explain exactly what is required and how to provide it securely.
Prepare for a claim saleDo I need to connect my wallet?
No wallet connection is needed to request an offer. Never send a seed phrase, private key or portal password. Any later verification requirements should be explained before you provide documents.
