How much is your Terra claim worth?
A Terra claim does not have one universal purchase price. A buyer prices the rights being transferred, the claim’s status and the uncertainty of future recoveries. A written offer is the number you can actually compare.
A percentage needs a denominator
If an offer is expressed as a percentage, ask what that percentage applies to. It might refer to an allowed amount or a defined remaining entitlement. Comparing two percentages on different bases can give the wrong answer.
Our calculator shows an indicative range of 3–5% of the claim amount you enter. Move across the chart to see the corresponding cash amount at each rate. This is an estimate before any agreed deductions; an individual offer follows a claim review.
What belongs in a comparable offer
- The exact dollar payment and the currency used.
- The claim amount and rights the price applies to.
- Any previous distributions, deductions and fees.
- When payment is due and the conditions for closing.
- Whether any rights or contingent payments remain with you.
Why we ask for details
The amount alone cannot confirm ownership, status or transferability. Terraloss uses your initial request to begin a review. A purchase can proceed only after the relevant information and agreement terms have been checked.
Use the calculator to understand the arithmetic of an offer. Use a written agreement to understand what you will receive and what you will give up.
