FINDING A BUYER
Where can you sell a Terra claim?
You can approach a claim buyer directly or seek offers through an intermediary. The key question is who will sign as purchaser and owe you the purchase price. Terraloss accepts enquiries for Terraform Labs Crypto Loss Claims; an enquiry starts a review, not a completed sale.
Before you go further
- Identify the legal purchaser, even if someone else introduces the offer.
- Compare the net payment and the rights sold on the same basis.
- An official claims portal manages your claim record; it is not a buyer comparison service.
Direct buyer, broker or marketplace?
These labels describe different roles. A business may perform more than one role, so ask which one applies to your transaction. A familiar website name is not a substitute for the legal counterparty in your agreement.
| Route | What to establish | What to ask about price |
|---|---|---|
| Direct buyer | Which entity is purchasing the rights and funding payment? | What is the cash purchase price after agreed deductions? |
| Broker or introducer | Who represents you, and who will actually purchase the claim? | Who pays the intermediary, how much, and is there exclusivity? |
| Marketplace | Does the platform act as purchaser, agent or a venue for offers? | Are displayed prices binding offers, indications or historical trades? |
Make the offers comparable
Give each prospective buyer the same claim status, amount, prior distributions and proposed rights. Otherwise, a higher percentage may refer to a different amount or include rights another offer leaves with you.
Ask for a written cash amount, any deductions and the conditions that must be satisfied before payment. If a deadline is attached to the offer, ask what expires and whether it prevents you from considering other options.
- Legal purchaser and authorised signatory.
- Claim reference and the rights included in the proposed sale.
- Net payment, currency, fees and who pays each cost.
- Payment trigger, expected sequence and treatment of a failed closing.
Where Terraloss fits
Terraloss focuses on purchasing Terra Crypto Loss Claims. You can start with the claim amount, status and contact details, then review an individual offer if one is available. The initial form does not upload documents or transfer a claim.
Already have a price from another buyer? Include the amount, deductions and proposed payment timing in your request. Ask what we can offer for the same rights, then compare the written terms. We do not publish a universal best-price ranking.
Keep the official process separate
Use the official claims portal to check the record behind the offer. A conversation with a purchaser does not submit a filing, answer a notice or change a case deadline. Keep following the instructions addressed to you.
Related questions
Does requesting a quote commit me to selling?
A Terraloss enquiry starts a review. A sale needs a separate agreement, and you decide whether to accept its terms.
Is a higher percentage always the better offer?
Only compare percentages after checking the amount they apply to, the rights included and the deductions. Compare the resulting net cash and payment conditions as well.
